One of the first concerts I ever went to was Britney Spears rocking pigtails and a mini skirt singing “Oops I did it again!” Well, this hot mama is back…and so is her body!

Her abs tho!!

Britney Spears has been flaunting her toned abs all over Instagram and on stage…and for a really good reason! With her ongoing Las Vegas residency, Brit Brit wanted to get in the best shape of her life and her fitness trainer, Tony Martinez, revealed how they did that.

He said they would workout out intense 4 times a week for 40 intense, focusing on the core. So what are Britney’s favorite core exercises? Watch my video to find out!
