Khloe Kardashian is one of the more active members of the Kardashian clan and you can always see her working out on her Snapchat and Instagram sculpting that booty (booty, booty, booty, booty rockin everywhere!). She and her trainer do some killer butt workouts so my girl Katie Austin, fitness blogger extraordinaire, and I put our own spin on Khloe’s butt workouts to see if we could see some more junk in our trunks! I converted my living room into my own gym and we got to working out our butts! You really don’t need much. Just a weight, resistance bands and my dining room chairs. 🙂
Do this set of exercises 3 times with 10-12 reps each:
Single leg Romanian deadlift
Single leg kick backs
Single leg step ups (with kick back)
Let me tell you, my booty was on fire during these moves. I could really feel my glutes engaged. They were working! These moves are no joke!
