posted by Jessica Carroll October 21, 2016

Everyone’s always looking for the next best thing to pop their booty, plump their lips, or boost their…BUST!

Kylie Jenner is the brand ambassador for the company, Nip + Fab, and they have a cream called BUST FIX that suppose to makes your boobs look BIGGER!

All you have to do is rub this cream on your boobs twice a day for 30 days to see results.

As your beauty guinea pig I bought the $20 bottle of cream, and tested it out for a WHOLE MONTH to see if it actually worked.

Before I started putting on the cream, I measure my bust size, so that we could get accurate results in the end. I even brought my nurse practitioner friend, James Simmons with Ask The NP to get his medical advice on the boob enhancement cream.

Check out my video to find out the final results and if my boobs really did get bigger?

As I was rubbing my boobs morning and night everyday in October I realized that this video is very fitting because it is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. (Totally did not plan that.) As a girl who sadly lost her father due to a late diagnosis of cancer I can’t stress how important it is to be proactive about your health.

1 in 8 women living in the United States will be diagnosed breast cancer in their lifetime. Now I share that not to scare you but to encourage you to know your body so well that you can detect it early. Yes I am telling all you ladies to please feel yourself. (Cue Nicki Minaj & Beyonce’s song ‘Feeling Myself’)

Why?

When breast cancer is caught early, the prognosis is often excellent. The 5-year survival rate for breast cancer that’s found early and confined to the breast is 99{34fb4eeda169cb5dad04eef044e1cf7f06c385608f13d9640b5cf0ca5badb836}, according to the American Cancer Society (ACS). Here’s what you need to know.

  1. If you’re of average risk (no family history), it is recommended to have a mammogram and clinical breast exam every one to two years starting between the ages of 40-50. Speak with your doctor to determine the best plan is for you.
  1. Be familiar with how your breasts feel normally so that you can report any changes in appearance or texture to your doctor. Also, always notify your physician if you notice any bleeding or crusting on the nipples and if you experience any pain. Women at higher risk (with family history) might want to start such screening much earlier and more often.
  1. And obviously stay active, eat healthy, consider breast-feeding, and limit hormone therapy.

Yeah to being healthy, happy, and ALIVE! <3

Jess
